James Bird

BSc(Hons), HCPC, CSP – Medical Director

James Bird has over 20 years experience in musculoskeletal disorders and has led several NHS and private physiotherapy services in London, including at the Lister Hospital. One of the most experienced foot and ankle therapists in the UK, James has extensive multi-disciplinary medical and complementary team leadership experience. As Medical Director for Très Health, he is responsible for the overall integration of services and end-to-end patient rehabilitation and conditioning.

Daisy leads our team of Pilates instructors is passionate about helping patients discover freedom of movement. A former professional ballet dancer who trained at the Royal Ballet School, she has extensive training in Pilates, manipulation & massage, with a profound understanding of body functions and movements. She achieves exceptional results with her sharp eye for subtle body imbalances and creative ways to overcome them.

With over ten years of experience in the health and fitness industry, James has the expertise and knowledge to help you realise your full potential. His lovely personality and the way in which he skilfully and painstakingly guides clients from all backgrounds and all levels to progress to the place they want their bodies to be is fascinating and hugely impressive. James leads our team of Personal Trainers and also looks after all guided physical activity as part of our ethos Weight Management team

Simone is an experienced and pragmatic professional with an excellent track record of results assisting musculoskeletal injury recovery and a broad range of problems from digestive issues to allergies, detoxification and weight loss. She has a passion for food and believes it should be associated with enjoyment and diversity.


Professor Ali Ghoz

MB BCh MSc(Oxon) FRCS(Tr & Orth) MRCS(Eng) MRCS(Ed) Consultant Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon

Professor Ali Ghoz is a consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon specialising in hip and knee surgery. Professor Ghoz completed his basic surgical training at the Yorkshire School of Surgery progressing to a National Training Number for Specialist Registrar training at the Yorkshire Deanery. He obtained his FRCS in trauma and orthopaedics in 2011. Mr Ghoz also holds a Master of Science degree from Oxford University specialising in musculoskeletal sciences.


Iza Padrao

BSc Hons, Msc, MBA, NHS member, Life Coach, Mentor and NLP Practitioner

Iza Padrao is an experienced professional with over 15 years experience in coaching, executive development and mentoring. She supports the Très team and patients in creating solutions that address the psychosocial aspects around injury and injury prevention, pain or optimum sports performance. Iza has a keen interest and specialises in stress prevention, using practical and simple tools that allow clients to become self-sufficient and ‘therapy independent’. She is extremely passionate about enabling patients to live life to the full.


Gabrielle Stephenson

B.Sc (Hons), Member of The British Acupuncture Council

Gabrielle practises an integrated style of acupuncture, combining both Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and the Five Element constitutional style. She has undertaken extensive post graduate study, particularly in the field of gynaecology and fertility, and believes that the combination of Chinese and Western medicine disciplines can work wonders. She has a keen interest in the immune system and how it impacts our physical, emotional and spiritual health.

Gabrielle’s main areas of experience and interest are:

  • Painful Musculoskeletal Disorders such as back pain, sciatica, osteoarthritis,  neck and shoulder pain.
  • Fertility: natural fertility, IVF assistance, infertility, PCOS/polycystic ovaries, endometriosis.
  • Stress related illness: anxiety, depression, insomnia, poor memory and general fatigue.

Samantha Handley

BA(hons), MA, Dip Couns, Dip Hyp, MHS, MBACP

Samantha is an experienced counsellor and hypnotherapist, with a person-centred approach and training in a diverse mix of therapies, including CBT, mentoring, psychodynamic and systemic counselling. She has worked for Mind and the NHS, as well as teaching counselling and hypnotherapy at different colleges.

She specialises in analysis, and her areas of interest are weight management, anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem and self confidence issues.

Narveen Kaur

BSc (Physiotherapy), HCPC, CSP

Narveen Kaur qualified from the University of Sydney and has a particular interest in sporting injuries, having worked ‘on the bench’ for an Australian football team. She has an additional qualification in acupuncture. Since moving to England, Narveen has worked within the NHS and in private practice, delivering excellent results for a range of patients of all ages and abilities. She speaks French, Punjabi as well as British & Australian Sign Language, adding a valuable extra dimension to her talents.

She has a special interest in hypermobility, core stability training and long term athlete development, orthopaedics and myofascial work.

Lauranne Thomas is a French Osteopath who graduated from the Sutherland Osteopathic College after five years of full time osteopathic training. The course covered a broad spectrum of osteopathic approaches including cranial, visceral, fascial and structural.

The emphasis of Lauranne’s treatment is on the person and not their symptom. With her extensive study and palpatory skills, she endeavors to identify the cause of your pain and formulate a treatment plan to help to restore optimal health and wellbeing. Through body awareness and education, Lauranne will aim to empower you to achieve your health goals.

Lauranne specialises in Cranial and Visceral Osteopathy which are a gentle and effective techniques suitable for all ages. It is, however, particularly helpful for women during pregnancy and after the birth as well as for babies and children.

She enjoys treating people of all ages and seeing the improvement in their health. In her spare time she is volunteer at the Dispensaire francais, a charity which aims to help French-speaking people in need in the United Kingdom.

Lauranne is a former competition standard gymnast and enjoys keeping fit with dancing, yoga and pilates. Sheis registered with the GOsC (General Osteopathic Council).

Tres Health - Pierre Etcheverry

Pierre Etcheverry

Pierre uses a global approach to treating his patients. Based on his osteopathic training, he has developed a structural osteopathic approach as well as a solid clinical diagnosis and reasoning alongside effective treatment skills and patient management.

Pierre specialises in treating infants and young children as well as pregnant women through a cranio-sacral approach, having trained and honed his skills in both the UK and France.

He also worked at Body & Soul (a support charity for children with AIDS) for 3 years. He currently devotes some of his time to the Anglo-French therapy group “Baby and Me”, specialising in pregnancy, neonatal and postnatal treatments. He uses a combined approach for treatment involving structural, visceral and cranial osteopathic techniques which can be particularly beneficial for pregnant women, newborn babies and the elderly.

He has worked with a UK rugby team, with a particualr emphasis on rehabilitation and stretch exercises. He speaks English and French and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council.
