For many people, Personal Training is all about being shouted at in the gym until every part of you hurts. No pain, no gain and all that.

That’s not how we work! In fact, we believe that sort of old-school approach can do more harm than good. That’s not to say we don’t motivate you…we just do it in the right way.

We combine physiotherapy, specialist personal training and nutritional assessments to devise a plan which is exclusive to you. And because we’re part of a multi-disciplinary clinic, we work alongside other professionals who we can involve in your care to ensure that every aspect of your training programme is geared to attaining the best possible outcome. We’re the first choice of VIPs, celebrities, athletes and dancers, and we like to think that it’s our attention to detail, commitment to helping you be the best you can and, of course, our enviable track record which contributes to our success.

The word ‘elite’ is frequently overused, but in this instance it’s perfectly apt: quite simply, you won’t find a comparable personal training service anywhere in London.
